HERMA PREMIUM Address Labels A4 38.1 x 21.2 mm · 65 per Sheet · 6500 Labels · Permanent · White

The HERMA 4254 is a box of PREMIUM address labels in 38.1 x 21.2 mm format, supplied as 100 A4 sheets with 65 labels each (6500 labels in total), for offices that print small address, return-address and mail-merge labels in large quantities on an ordinary laser printer, inkjet printer or copier.

The labels are white matt paper with permanent adhesive, and rounded corners. HERMA publishes free layout templates for this exact format, so you only need to pick article 4254 in the HERMA Label Assistant or in the Word template list and type or merge your text.

At 38.1 x 21.2 mm the label holds about three short lines of small text — ideal for a sender address on the back of envelopes, mail-merge lists or small item codes. HERMA also lists this format for Deutsche Post Internetmarke.

• 100 A4 sheets (210 x 297 mm), each carrying 65 white labels of 38.1 x 21.2 mm
• 6500 labels in total
• No software or printer included — templates are a free download from HERMA

• 65 labels per sheet means one A4 print run gives you 65 small return-address or mail-merge labels; the full box covers 6500 items.
• Permanent adhesive means the label is meant to stay — trying to peel it off later will usually tear the paper or leave residue.
• Print a test page on plain paper first and hold it against a label sheet to the light; if the text lines up with the label positions, load the label sheets.
• Use the printer setting for labels or heavy paper and, where your printer has one, the rear or bypass tray for a straighter paper path.

• Thermal label printers (Zebra, Brother QL, DYMO and similar) — these are A4 sheets for office laser, inkjet and copier devices, not rolls.
• Re-feeding a partly used sheet through a laser printer is not recommended: exposed backing can lift in the heat of the fuser. Plan your print so you use whole sheets.
• Printing with a template for another format — positions are set for 38.1 x 21.2 mm with 65 per sheet only.
