The Hikvision DS-1260ZJ is a junction box for bullet cameras: a round aluminium-alloy base that mounts on the wall or ceiling and sits between the surface and the camera. It hides the cable connections and any surplus cable inside the box instead of leaving them on the wall, and lifts the camera slightly off the surface. It measures Ø105 × 36 mm, weighs 251 g and carries up to 4.5 kg. The finish is Hikvision white, to match white bullet cameras. In practice it gives a camera installation a clean, finished look and protects the connectors, especially where the cable comes along the surface rather than out of the wall.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Check the camera model before you order. This box is made for bullet cameras; dome cameras use the DS-1280ZJ series. Hikvision does not list compatible camera models on the product page or datasheet, and the screw pattern of the camera must match the box. This is the white version; there is also a DS-1260ZJ(Black) and a different DS-1260ZJ-Y model. Outdoors, Hikvision states that waterproof rubber is needed, and the wall must hold at least three times the weight of camera and mount. Send us your camera model and we confirm the fit.
