Hikvision DS-1280ZJ-DM18 — a clean, protected base for dome cameras

Junction boxAluminium alloyØ111 mmWhite

The Hikvision DS-1280ZJ-DM18 is an aluminium alloy junction box that sits between the wall or ceiling and a Hikvision dome camera. It gives the cable connections a protected space inside the box instead of a hole in the wall, lets you run cables along the surface through its cable holes, and makes the installation look neat. It has a 111 mm diameter, weighs about 150 g, carries up to 4.5 kg and is finished in Hikvision white.

Compatibility — check before buying:
Hikvision describes it as a junction box for dome cameras but does not list compatible camera models on its product page. The box is sized for domes with a 111 mm base and three M3 mounting holes (Hikvision datasheet), so a dome with a different base will not line up. Its sibling DS-1280ZJ-DM8 is larger (126.7 mm) and there is also a black DM18 version. For outdoor use Hikvision states that waterproof rubber is necessary. Tell us the exact model you have and we check compatibility before you order.

Singular Expert Insight
A junction box is what makes a dome installation look professional: the cable joint lives inside, and the camera does not need a hole behind it. The key is matching the base — send us the exact camera model and we confirm the right DS-1280ZJ box. Cameras are in our IP cameras range and more mounting parts in our networking accessories.
