The Hikvision DS-2CD2147G3-LIY is a 4 MP ColorVu fixed dome network camera with a 2.8 mm F1.0 lens and Smart Hybrid Light (white light plus IR) reaching up to 30 m, so it can record in colour at night or switch to infrared when you do not want visible light. It suits shops, offices, entrances and car parks that need wide coverage from a vandal-resistant dome.

Deep-learning human and vehicle classification cuts false alarms from animals, leaves and headlights, and perimeter rules (line crossing, intrusion, region entry/exit) let you alert only on what matters.

• Power it from an 802.3af PoE switch or injector (max 9 W), or from a 12 V DC adapter — neither is included.
• The 2.8 mm lens gives a wide 111° horizontal view: great for rooms and entrances, but less detail on faces or plates far from the camera (a 4 mm version exists for that).
• Local recording on a microSD card up to 512 GB, or to an NVR.
• Colour at night needs the white light on; switch the smart light to IR mode where white light would disturb neighbours.

• Audio recording or two-way talk (no microphone or audio ports on LIY).
