HP 81X Original Black High-Yield LaserJet Toner Cartridge, 25,000 Pages, for LaserJet Enterprise M605, M606, MFP M630

The HP 81X (CF281X) is the original HP black toner cartridge for the HP LaserJet Enterprise M605/M606 and MFP M630, rated at approximately 25,000 pages per ISO/IEC 19752. It is for offices and users who want the manufacturer's own consumable: the correct fit, and print quality that matches what the printer was designed and tuned for.

The rated yield is measured on the standard test pages. Real-world pages per cartridge rise with light text documents and fall with heavy graphics, photos, solid fills or many short jobs.

• 1 × HP 81X (CF281X) original black toner cartridge, new in the manufacturer's sealed packaging
• No printer, drum unit, other colours or cables are included

• 25,000 pages is the manufacturer's rated yield (ISO/IEC 19752); plan replacements around your monthly print volume rather than the calendar.
• Being the original HP consumable, it is the part the printer's level reporting and print-quality settings are designed around.
• Keep unopened cartridges flat, at room temperature and out of direct sunlight until you install them.
• Keep one spare of the colour you use most so a warning does not stop a busy office.

• It will not fit printers outside the list in the specifications — similar-looking HP consumables are not interchangeable between models.
• The HP 81A (CF281A) is the standard-yield cartridge for the same printers — the 81X is the high-yield one.
• It is a toner cartridge only; where the printer uses a separate drum unit or waste-toner container, those are replaced separately.
