HP Wired Desktop 320K — Wired USB Keyboard, German, Black
Quiet keysCopilot key10 M keystrokes75% recycled
The HP Wired Desktop 320K (9SR37UT#ABB) is HP’s current plain office keyboard, and it is built around two ideas: it is quiet, and it is smaller than it looks. The layout is full size in three zones but in a reduced footprint of just 426.2 × 110.9 × 16.7 mm at 450 g, with low-profile plunger keys at 2 mm of travel and a 6° adjustable slope. Every key — not just the main block — is rated at 10 million keystrokes, and there is a dedicated Copilot key for the Windows assistant. HP builds it from 75% post-consumer recycled plastic in recyclable packaging with low-halogen circuit boards, and says it withstands everyday cleaning with select disinfecting wipes, tested to 1,000 wipes. It connects over USB Type-A on a 180 cm cable. In the box: keyboard, warranty card and RTF card.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Layout: German QWERTZ swaps Y and Z, puts Ü, Ö, Ä and ß on dedicated keys and moves most symbols and brackets compared with a US or UK keyboard. Choose it only if you type in German; for English use in Cyprus ask us for the US or UK version of the same model. This is a wired USB-A keyboard: nothing to charge, nothing to pair, and it works in the BIOS and in boot menus. There is no wireless option, no Bluetooth, no backlight and no palm rest. HP lists Windows 10 and Windows 11 only, and the Copilot key needs Windows 11 — where Copilot is not available it opens Bing search instead. Two honest notes. HP does not publish a key count for this exact part number; its own QuickSpecs for the sibling code say 104, 105, 107 or 109 keys depending on country. And HP publishes no public table of its localisation suffixes — the code after the # is what fixes the national layout, and HP does not say what each code means, so if the exact layout is critical, tell us and we will confirm the suffix with HP before you order.
Best For
✓ New Windows 11 fleets that want a Copilot key on every desk
✓ Open-plan offices where key noise is a complaint
✓ Shallow desks — the footprint is 110 mm deep, not 140
✓ Clinical and reception desks that get wiped down daily
✓ Organisations with a recycled-content purchasing requirement
✓ Data entry, thanks to the full three-zone layout
Key Features
Ten million keystrokes on every key
HP rates all the keys, not just the main block — a distinction worth reading, because most ratings quietly exclude the ones that fail first.
Quiet, and small with it
Low-profile plunger keys at 2 mm travel in a 426 × 111 mm footprint: it takes up much less desk than a normal full-size board.
Copilot key
A dedicated key for the Windows assistant, increasingly a line item on new fleet specifications.
Three quarters recycled
75% post-consumer recycled plastic, recyclable packaging and low-halogen circuit boards, published by HP.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the Copilot key do?
It opens the Windows assistant. HP notes it needs Windows 11; where Copilot is not available the key opens Bing search instead.
Can I clean it with disinfecting wipes?
HP says yes and publishes a figure: it is tested to withstand up to 1,000 wipes with select household disinfecting wipes. That is why it turns up on clinical and reception desks.
Does it work before Windows loads?
Yes. It is a wired USB keyboard, so it is available in the BIOS and in boot menus.
Which layout is this part number?
The code after the # is HP’s localisation suffix. HP does not publish a public table of these codes, so if the exact national layout is critical, tell us and we will confirm it with HP before you order.
