HP GT52 Magenta Original Ink Bottle, 70 ml, ~8,000 Pages, for Smart Tank, Ink Tank and DeskJet GT 5800 Printers

The HP GT52 Magenta (M0H55AE) is an original HP ink bottle with 70 ml of dye-based magenta ink, rated at ~8,000 pages (HP method, colour pages), for HP Smart Tank, Ink Tank and DeskJet GT printers.

HP tank printers are filled from bottles instead of cartridges, which brings the cost per colour page down to a fraction of cartridge printers. GT52 is the colour bottle family (cyan, magenta, yellow); black is the separate GT53 bottle.

• 1 × HP GT52 Magenta original ink bottle (M0H55AE), 70 ml
• Retail box with sealed bottle and cap
• No printhead — tank printers use separate printheads

• ~8,000 pages is HP’s figure for colour pages, measured with HP’s own method (continuous printing of ISO/IEC 24712 pages)
• The bottle tip is keyed: it fits only the magenta tank and stops filling automatically when the tank is full
• One bottle usually covers months of normal office colour printing
• Store bottles upright and closed; HP states an 18-month shelf life
• Refill before the level drops below the minimum line to avoid air in the ink line

• Not for HP printers that use cartridges (DeskJet, ENVY, OfficeJet)
• Not for Smart Tank models using HP 32XL / HP 31 bottles
• Not black — black is the GT53 bottle
• Not for Epson EcoTank, Canon MegaTank or Brother tank printers
