HP 727 DesignJet Ink Cartridge 300 ml Magenta, Dye-based, Original HP, for DesignJet T920, T930, T1500, T1530, T2500, T2530

The HP 727 300-ml Magenta DesignJet Ink Cartridge is an original HP dye-based cartridge holding 300 ml of magenta ink for the HP DesignJet T920, T930, T1500, T1530, T2500 and T2530. It suits CAD, architecture, engineering and GIS offices that print large-format drawings and maps often enough that the 300 ml size saves cartridge changes.

HP 727 printers run six separate ink cartridges (matte black, photo black, gray, cyan, magenta and yellow) through one HP 727 printhead, so each colour is replaced on its own when it runs out.

• 1 x HP 727 300-ml Magenta DesignJet Ink Cartridge (F9J77A)
• No printhead — the HP 727 DesignJet Printhead (B3P06A) is a separate part

• Magenta is one of the three colour process inks; it drives reds, pinks and purples and is usually the first colour to run low on posters and photo-heavy work.
• The 300 ml size is the high-capacity option: fewer cartridge changes and fewer interrupted long jobs than the smaller sizes.
• The printer tracks ink level per cartridge, so you replace only this colour when the printer reports it low.
• Keep the cartridge sealed until you install it and store it at room temperature; the HP supplies warranty runs to the Warranty Ends date shown on the cartridge.

• HP DesignJet T730 and T830 MFP — they take HP 728 cartridges
• HP DesignJet T940, T1600, T1700 and T2600 — they take HP 730 cartridges
• HP DesignJet T795, T1300 and T1200 HD — they use the HP 72 / HP 726 system
