HP Nano Combination Cable Lock, Keyless 4-Digit Push-Button, 1.83 m Steel Cable, for HP Laptops with Nano Security Slot

The HP Nano Combination Cable Lock (63B28AA) is a keyless cable lock that anchors an HP laptop with a Nano security slot to a desk or fixed object, so businesses, schools and hot-desking offices can deter casual theft without managing keys. It uses a preset four-digit push-button combination and a 1.83 m vinyl-coated galvanised steel cable.

Nano slots are the small security slots found on thin HP EliteBook, ProBook, ZBook and Elite Dragonfly models from roughly the G7 generation onwards. Older and thicker laptops usually have the larger standard slot, which this lock does not fit.

• 1 x HP Nano Combination Cable Lock with 1.83 m cable
• Cord-management clip

• No keys to lose or hand out: users open the lock with the combination, which helps in shared or hot-desk environments.
• Loop the cable around a desk leg or fixed point, then insert the lock head into the Nano slot.
• The lock head swivels 360 degrees, so the cable can leave the laptop in any direction while you work.
• A clip keeps the spare cable tidy on the desk.

• Laptops with a standard Kensington K-slot / T-bar slot.
• Dell laptops with a wedge-shaped slot.
• Devices with no security slot at all, such as MacBooks.
• High-security protection: cable locks deter opportunistic theft but can be cut with the right tools.
