HP ScanJet 5000 s4 / 7000 s3 Roller Replacement Kit
Pick + retard rollersEvery 100,000 scansGenuine HPScanJet Enterprise Flow
The HP ScanJet 5000 s4/7000 s3 Roller Replacement Kit (L2756A) contains the pick and retard (separation) rollers for HP ScanJet Enterprise Flow sheet-feed scanners, and restores reliable document feeding when the original rollers wear out.
Worn rollers cause misfeeds, double feeds and skewed scans — replacing them is routine maintenance on a high-volume scanner.
Before you order: HP lists this kit for the ScanJet Enterprise Flow 5000 s4 and 7000 s3, and its product page also lists the ScanJet Enterprise Flow N7000 snw1 and 5000 s5. Older 5000 s2/s3 and 7000 s2 scanners use different kits.
What's in the Box
- Retard roller assembly
- Pick roller assemblies 1, 2 and 3
- Cleaning cloth
- Flyer (instructions)
What It Means in Practice
- HP recommends replacing the rollers every 100,000 scans; HP Scanner Tools Utility can remind you sooner.
- After fitting, use “Record Replacement” in HP Scanner Tools Utility to reset the counter.
- Fresh rollers reduce double-feeds and paper jams on mixed-document batches.
- Package size 225 × 134 × 40 mm.
What Will Not Work
- HP ScanJet Enterprise Flow 5000 s2 / s3 and 7000 s2 — use the kits HP lists for those models.
- Flatbed-only scanners and HP printers' ADFs.
- Problems caused by dirty sensors or glass — clean with the supplied cloth first.

Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
Roller kits are the cheapest way to keep a production scanner feeding reliably. If your 5000 s4 or 7000 s3 has started to double-feed, replace the rollers before suspecting the scanner. See our accessories range.
✓ Buy it if you run an HP ScanJet Enterprise Flow 5000 s4, 7000 s3, 5000 s5 or N7000 snw1.
✕ Skip it if your scanner is an older 5000 s2/s3 or 7000 s2.
→ Also consider a spare kit for each scanner in a high-volume scanning room.
Not sure it fits? Send us your HP model or product number (on the label at the back) and we will confirm compatibility before you order.
