This is a Layer 2+ smart-managed switch with static IPv4 routing — not a full Layer 3 router (some listings mislabel it "L3"). PoE is 802.3af/at (Class 4) up to 30W per port across a 370W budget, not 802.3bt / PoE++. The four SFP+ slots run 1G or 10G and need modules, sold separately.
