Singular Expert Insight
Choose this carrier if you already have an ICY BOX IB-2222SSK system and need extra trays for quick swaps or prepared backup drives. If you need the complete 4-bay backplane, this carrier alone is not enough.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You need a spare 2.5-inch SAS/SATA carrier tray for an existing ICY BOX IB-2222SSK backplane.
Skip it if
You need a standalone enclosure, a full 5.25-inch backplane, USB connectivity or compatibility with a different drive cage.
Also consider
Consider the full ICY BOX IB-2222SSK if the customer needs the complete 4-drive backplane system instead of only an extra carrier tray.
