The ICY DOCK MB302L-B is a 0.5 m internal cable with one MCIO 8i (SFF-TA-1016) connector on one end and two OCuLink 4i (SFF-8611) connectors on the other, built for PCIe 4.0 NVMe connections between a motherboard or tri-mode controller with MCIO and NVMe backplanes or devices with OCuLink.
It follows the SFF-9402 pinout used by NVMe/tri-mode HBA and RAID cards, is UL20744 certified, and the OCuLink ends have a locking latch. The cable is reversible: either end can face the host.
Before you order: ICY DOCK warns that it works with devices that follow SFF-9402; non-standard pinouts may not work. Listed for ToughArmor MB699VP-B V2/V3, MB720MK-B V2/V3, MB852M2PO-B, MB872MP-B, MB873MP-B and MB873MP-B V2. Send us your board or controller model and we check.
