INCA ITPC-4T USB-C Hub — Two HDMI Outputs, USB 2.0 and PD Charging

2 x HDMI 4K@30HzTwo screens from one portUSB-C PD inputAluminium housing

The INCA ITPC-4T is a compact USB-C hub that adds two HDMI outputs at up to 4K 30 Hz each, a USB 2.0 port and a USB-C Power Delivery charging input to a laptop or tablet. INCA describes it as sending 4K pictures to two monitors at the same time, in an aluminium housing with overcurrent, overvoltage and short-circuit protection, and says it is plug and play. It is the small way to get two external screens on a desk from a single USB-C port — with one important caveat for Mac users, below.

Compatibility — check before buying:
Two different screens depends on your laptop. INCA does not state how the two HDMI outputs are driven, and the hub needs no driver, so it relies on the laptop’s USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode. Windows laptops that support multi-stream output can show a different picture on each monitor; on a Mac, macOS shows the same picture on both screens — extended dual screens need a DisplayLink dock instead. Video needs DisplayPort Alt Mode or Thunderbolt on the USB-C port. 4K at 30 Hz is fine for documents, less smooth for motion. USB 2.0 only — for a mouse or keyboard, not fast drives. Not included: the charger and HDMI cables. Send us the laptop model and we will tell you what you will actually see on two screens.

Best For

✓ Windows laptops driving two office monitors
✓ Mirroring a laptop to a TV and a projector
✓ Presentations with a confidence monitor
✓ Compact bags where a dock will not fit
✓ Keeping the laptop charged at the desk
✓ Adding a mouse or keyboard receiver

Key Features

Two HDMI outputs, 4K at 30 Hz each
Two full-size HDMI ports, each rated up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz. At 1080p they run at normal smoothness; at 4K they are sharp for spreadsheets and documents, less fluid for video or fast scrolling.

Charging through the hub
A USB-C Power Delivery input lets your own laptop charger power the laptop through the hub while the screens run, so a single USB-C port handles video and charging together. INCA does not publish a wattage for the ITPC-4T, so check your charger with us if the laptop draws more than 65 W.

USB 2.0 for peripherals
One USB-A port at USB 2.0 speed (480 Mbps) — right for a mouse, keyboard receiver or presenter dongle, and slower than USB 3.0 for copying large files.

Small, aluminium, no driver
An aluminium housing with overcurrent, overvoltage and short-circuit protection. INCA states it is plug and play, with nothing to install on the laptop.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the INCA ITPC-4T run two different screens on my laptop?
On many Windows laptops, yes: if the USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alt Mode with multi-stream output, each HDMI monitor can show its own picture. On a Mac, macOS does not support that method, so both monitors show the same picture. INCA does not publish which method the hub uses — send us your laptop model and we will tell you what to expect.
Why only 4K at 30 Hz?
That is the limit INCA publishes for each HDMI output. For spreadsheets and documents 4K at 30 Hz is perfectly usable and 1080p runs normally; for video, gaming or smooth scrolling at 4K you want a 60 Hz adapter such as INCA’s ITPC-10TX, which has one HDMI at 4K 60 Hz.
Will it charge my laptop?
Yes, when you connect your own USB-C charger to the PD port — the power passes through to the laptop. INCA does not publish a wattage limit for this model. The hub keeps a little for itself, so a laptop that needs its charger’s full output may charge more slowly through it.
What is the difference between the ITPC-4T and the ITPC-04TX?
Very little on paper: INCA’s datasheets for the two are almost word for word the same — two HDMI outputs at 4K 30 Hz, USB 2.0, a PD charging input and an aluminium housing. INCA lists a weight of 51 g and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 host connection for the ITPC-4T and names the MacBook as compatible; for the ITPC-04TX its Turkish page adds a 100 W PD rating. If the difference matters for your order, ask us and we will compare the two units.
Singular Expert Insight
The ITPC-4T does one thing a small adapter usually cannot: two HDMI screens from one USB-C port. On a Windows laptop with multi-stream support that means a proper two-monitor desk for very little money; on a Mac it means mirroring, because macOS does not extend two screens this way — for a Mac you want a DisplayLink docking station. Know the other limits: both outputs stop at 4K 30 Hz, and the single USB port is USB 2.0. If you need Ethernet, card readers or 4K at 60 Hz, INCA’s ITPC-10TX is the better fit. For the charger that feeds the PD port, see our laptop power supplies.

Buyer’s Guide

Buy it if

You have a Windows laptop with a video-capable USB-C port and want two HDMI monitors for office work, plus charging and a USB port for a mouse, from one small hub.

Skip it if

You use a Mac and want two different screens — it will mirror. Skip it too if you need 4K at 60 Hz, Ethernet, a card reader or fast USB 3.0.

Also consider

INCA ITPC-10TX for 4K 60 Hz, Gigabit Ethernet and card readers on one screen. A DisplayLink docking station for dual extended screens on a Mac. ITPC-04TX as the near-identical INCA twin.
