Intellinet 712293 — 19-Inch Heavy-Duty Fixed Shelf, 1U, 800 mm Deep, 100 kg
1U · 19-inch100 kg static load800 mm deepGrey RAL 7035
The Intellinet 712293 is a heavy-duty 19-inch fixed shelf that uses 1U of rack space and gives you an 800 mm deep steel platform rated for up to 100 kg of static load — for tower servers, UPS units, NAS boxes, storage enclosures and other heavy equipment that has no rack rails of its own.
It is made from 1.2 mm steel in light grey RAL 7035, the standard colour of many network and server cabinets, and comes with a cage nut set for installation. At 483 × 800 mm it is intended for deep server cabinets, not for shallow wall-mount enclosures.
Before you order: The shelf is 800 mm deep. Before ordering, check that your cabinet is deep enough and that the distance between its front and rear 19-inch rails suits an 800 mm shelf — send us the cabinet model and we will confirm.
What's in the Box
- 1 × 19-inch fixed shelf, 1U, 800 mm deep
- Cage nut set: 4 × cage nuts, 4 × screws, 4 × plastic washers
What It Means in Practice
- A stable base for heavy equipment without rack ears — tower servers, UPS units, NAS or storage enclosures.
- 100 kg static rating leaves a comfortable margin for most single devices, even heavy UPS units.
- Fixed installation: place the device and leave it in position. The shelf does not slide out.
- Grey RAL 7035 matches Intellinet and many other light-grey cabinets.
What Will Not Work
- Shallow cabinets or wall-mount enclosures that are not deep enough for an 800 mm shelf.
- Moving or dynamic loads — the 100 kg rating is static.
- Black (RAL 9005) cabinets if a colour match matters — this version is grey.
- Sliding access for servicing — this is a fixed shelf, not a pull-out drawer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
A deep, heavy-duty shelf is the most practical way to install non-rackable heavy gear in a server cabinet. The number to check is not the load — 100 kg covers almost everything — but the depth: 800 mm needs a deep cabinet. Lighter shelves, screw kits and cable managers are in our rack accessories range.
✓ Buy it if you need to support heavy equipment of up to 100 kg in a deep 19-inch server cabinet with a grey finish.
✕ Skip it if your cabinet is shallow (for example a wall-mount enclosure) or you need a sliding shelf.
→ Also consider Intellinet black RAL 9005 heavy-duty shelves for black cabinets, and StarTech.com CABSCREWM6 cage nut kits for spare hardware.
Tell us your cabinet model and the device you want to place on the shelf, and we will confirm fit and load before you order.
