Intellinet 19-Inch Rack Shelf 1U with Variable Rails 350-550 mm, 4-Point Fixed Mounting, 20 kg, Perforated, Grey RAL 7035

The Intellinet 713726 is a 1U 19-inch fixed shelf with depth-adjustable rails from 350 to 550 mm, fixed at four points to the front and rear rails of 600 mm deep cabinets, for holding routers, small servers, NAS units and other non-rackable equipment up to 20 kg.

Because the rails telescope, the same shelf reaches the rear 19-inch plane whether it sits 350 mm or 550 mm behind the front rails. Four-point fixing carries the load at both ends instead of letting the shelf act as a lever on the front rails, so it stays level with a full tray. The 350 mm storage tray is perforated to let warm air rise from the equipment, and the antistatic powder-coated steel in grey RAL 7035 matches most grey network cabinets.

• 1 x 19-inch 1U shelf with variable rails, grey RAL 7035
• Installation material (M6 screws and M6 flange nuts)

• Four-point fixing: the shelf is carried by the front and rear rails, so the tray stays level under load.
• Rails adjust from 350 to 550 mm, covering the usual rear-rail positions in 600 mm cabinets.
• The 350 mm tray fits routers, firewalls, mini PCs and small NAS units that have no rack ears.
• Perforation lets devices with bottom vents breathe.

• Wall cabinets with front rails only — there is nothing to fix the rear of the rails to.
• Rear rail planes closer than 350 mm or further than 550 mm from the front rails.
• Loads above 20 kg: a UPS or a full tower server needs a heavy-duty shelf.
• Pull-out use: this is a fixed shelf, not a sliding drawer.
