Intenso Premium Line 128 GB — 32 mm of Metal, 5 Grams, 100 MB/s
128 GBUp to 100 MB/s32 x 12 x 5 mm, 5 gAll-metal body
The Intenso Premium Line is a 128 GB USB 3.2 Gen 1 flash drive in an all-metal body measuring 32 x 12 x 5 mm and weighing 5 g — barely longer than the connector itself. Intenso rates it at up to 100 MB/s, the fastest of its mainstream USB-A lines, and gives this 128 GB version the article number 3534491. There is a hole in the body for a keyring.
Compatibility — check before buying:
This is a USB Type-A drive and does not fit a phone or a USB-C-only laptop without an adapter, which is not supplied. The ordering risk here is real. Intenso sells three different 128 GB USB-A sticks whose article numbers all end in 491 and differ by a single digit: 3534491 is this Premium Line, all-metal, 5 g, up to 100 MB/s. 3533491 is the Speed Line, plastic, up to 70 MB/s. 3543491 is the Office Line, a 16 g swivel-clip drive, also up to 70 MB/s. If you want the fastest of the three, it is this one, and it is worth checking the digit on the invoice. Intenso’s Business Line is a fourth lookalike and is USB 2.0. Note also that Intenso does not state whether this drive has a cap, so we do not claim one either.
Best For
✓ Leaving semi-permanently in a laptop — almost nothing protrudes
✓ Keyring carry where 5 g and 32 mm genuinely matter
✓ The fastest Intenso USB-A stick without moving to another brand
✓ Carrying documents, photographs and installers between machines
✓ Anyone who prefers a solid metal body to plastic
✓ Travel, where a drive that does not stick out survives a packed bag
Key Features
32 mm and 5 g
This is one of the smallest full-capacity sticks on the shelf. Plugged into a laptop it barely protrudes, which means it will not snap off in a rucksack and will not block the port beside it.
Up to 100 MB/s
Intenso publishes 100 MB/s for the Premium Line against 70 MB/s for its Speed Line and Office Line. On the same brand and the same shelf, this is the quick one.
All-metal housing
A metal shell rather than plastic, in a silver finish. On a drive this small the material is what stops it feeling disposable on a keyring.
24-month manufacturer term
Intenso International publishes a stated 24-month warranty across its products — a clear number rather than a vague promise of replacement.

Singular Expert Insight
This is the one to buy if the drive is going to live in a laptop port. At 32 mm long and 5 mm thick almost nothing sticks out, which removes the single most common way a flash drive dies — being snapped off sideways in a bag. It is also the quickest of Intenso’s mainstream USB-A lines at up to 100 MB/s, though the brand publishes only a single rate rather than a read and write pair. The genuine hazard is the order form: three Intenso 128 GB sticks, three article numbers a digit apart, two of them slower than this one. If you want a published read and write figure, other brands in our USB flash drives range state both. For repeated large transfers, an external SSD is the right tool.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You want the smallest, fastest Intenso USB-A stick at 128 GB, in metal, at 5 g, and a stated 24-month manufacturer term is enough for you.
Skip it if
You need a USB-C connector, you want read and write figures published separately, or you would rather have a bigger body you can grip and pull out of a tight port.
Also consider
Intenso Office Line 3543491 for a larger swivel-clip body with a metal loop. Intenso Speed Line 3533491 if price is the deciding factor. A dual USB-A and USB-C drive if a phone is part of the plan.
