Inter-Tech DMG-32 — Dual-Band Wi-Fi 5 PCIe Adapter, 650 Mbps

Wi-Fi 5 · 650 Mbps2.4 + 5 GHzPCIe x12 × 2 dBi antennas

The Inter-Tech DMG-32 is a dual-band Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) PCI Express x1 card for desktop PCs, built on the Realtek RTL8821CE-CG chipset with two 2 dBi antennas. It connects on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, with up to 650 Mbps combined link rate, so it can use the faster, less crowded 5 GHz band of a modern router. It has no Bluetooth. In practice it lets a desktop PC join your wireless network where running a cable to the router is not practical, or replaces an older, slower card without changing the motherboard.

Compatibility — check before buying:
This is the entry Wi-Fi 5 model at 650 Mbps — the DMG-33 in the same format reaches 1300 Mbps. Neither card has Bluetooth; for Bluetooth choose the DMG-35 or DMG-36. Inter-Tech lists no low-profile bracket, so it suits standard-height desktop cases. Not sure it suits your PC or router? Send us the PC or motherboard model and your router and we check it.

Best For

✓ Desktop PCs without Wi-Fi
✓ Replacing an old or slow Wi-Fi card
✓ Rooms where cabling is not practical
✓ Home offices and studies
✓ Students and family PCs
✓ Small office workstations

Key Features

Dual-band Wi-Fi 5
Connects on 5 GHz for speed and on 2.4 GHz for range, and moves to whichever band your router offers.

650 Mbps link rate
Enough for HD and 4K streaming, video calls and large downloads on a typical home or office connection.

Realtek RTL8821CE-CG
A mainstream Realtek chipset with Windows drivers from Windows 7 up to Windows 11.

Two antennas
Two 2 dBi antennas on the bracket help the card hold a steady link away from the router.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it have Bluetooth?
No. The DMG-32 is Wi-Fi only. If you also want Bluetooth, ask us for a card that combines both.
Will I get the full 650 Mbps?
No card does in daily use. 650 Mbps is the maximum link rate Inter-Tech quotes; real throughput depends on your router, the distance, walls and other networks nearby. A router of the same Wi-Fi generation gets the most out of it.
Will it fit my PC?
It needs a free PCI Express slot; a PCIe x1 card also works in a longer x4, x8 or x16 slot. Inter-Tech lists no low-profile bracket for the DMG-32, so it is meant for standard-height cases. Send us the PC model and we confirm the fit.
Which operating systems are supported?
Inter-Tech lists Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 and 11, with drivers on the included CD. Linux and macOS support is not published, so check with us before buying for those.
Singular Expert Insight
We suggest the DMG-32 as an affordable step up from Wi-Fi 4, for PCs that need the 5 GHz band of a modern router. If you are unsure between two models, tell us your router and how far the PC sits from it, and we recommend the one that fits. Every order comes with Singular’s local support in Cyprus. See our wireless PCIe cards or the routers and access points that complete the network.
