Inter-Tech 88887195 — IPC 18" Telescopic Rails for 19" Cases
18" rails490–600 mm depth30 kg loadNot for 1U
The Inter-Tech 88887195 is a pair of 18" ball-bearing telescopic slide rails that let a 19" rackmount case slide out of a rack for service, with a mounting depth of 490–600 mm and a 30 kg load rating. It is made for Inter-Tech IPC cases and other 19" chassis with threaded mounting holes on the sides.
Slide rails turn every hardware change into a front-of-rack job: pull the server or storage case out, lift the lid and work, without unbolting it or reaching in from the back. Extension is 350–450 mm depending on how the rails are installed.
Before you order: Inter-Tech states these rails are unsuitable for 1U cases (49 mm mounting height). Use them with 2U and taller cases that have threaded side holes. For 1U cases choose Inter-Tech 1U telescopic slides.
What's in the Box
- 1 set (2 pieces) telescopic rails with inner rails
- 4 x brackets for rack mounting, with screws
What It Means in Practice
- Case slides forward 350–450 mm for easy access to drives and components.
- Fits racks with a mounting depth between 490 and 600 mm.
- Carries cases up to 30 kg.
- Uses the threaded holes on the case sides — cases under 50 cm need 2 screws per side, longer cases 3.
What Will Not Work
- Not for 1U cases — Inter-Tech lists them as unsuitable.
- Will not fit racks with mounting depth outside 490–600 mm.
- Cases without threaded side holes cannot be fitted.
- Cage nuts are not listed in the box — use your rack's own hardware.

Frequently Asked Questions
Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
Slide rails save a lot of effort on storage and server cases that get opened often. The key thing with the 88887195 is sizing: it is an 18" rail for 2U-and-up cases in racks with 490–600 mm mounting depth, not a 1U rail. Measure your rack first. More rack hardware in our rack accessories range.
✓ Buy it if you have a 2U or taller 19" case with threaded side holes and a 490–600 mm deep rack.
✕ Skip it if your case is 1U or your rack depth is outside 490–600 mm.
→ Also consider Intellinet 712248 fixed shelf if you do not need slide-out access.
