The Inter-Tech 88885006 ("KABEL SFF-8643, 1,0M") is a 1 m internal storage cable — straight cable, SFF-8643 on both ends: controller port to a backplane or drive cage with the same connector — rated by Inter-Tech at 12 Gb/s for SAS 12G.
Link an HBA / RAID controller with an SFF-8643 port to a server backplane or drive cage that also has an SFF-8643 input — four lanes in one cable. It is meant for servers, NAS builds and workstations where the controller and the drives sit in the same chassis.
