The host USB-C port must support DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB PD. A single HDMI display runs up to 4K at 30Hz; when both HDMI outputs are used, one is 4K at 30Hz and the other up to 2K / 1080p at 60Hz — there is no 4K at 60Hz. macOS requires the j5create driver, and macOS handles multiple displays differently from Windows, so confirm extend vs mirror for your machine.
