Bus-powered with no adapter and no DC socket. j5create publishes a hard ceiling of 3 A total across all four ports and warns that two to three SSDs is the practical maximum — a bus-powered hard drive alongside other devices is the case that fails. Host is USB-C on a captive 15 cm cable, and there is no Power Delivery, so the laptop is not charged and one USB-C port stays occupied. No video, no Ethernet, no card reader.
