The Jabra 8800-00-01 is a straight 0.5 m bottom cord that connects a corded Jabra Quick Disconnect (QD) headset to the modular RJ headset or handset port of a desk phone. Jabra lists it as the "QD to Modular RJ extension cord".
It uses the standard wiring scheme — the one Jabra describes as the most common among desk phones (position 1 on the universal GN1200 cord). It has no wiring switch and no microphone amplifier, so it is the simple choice when your phone is known to use standard wiring.
Before you order: Standard wiring only. Phones that need different wiring or an amplified mic — such as Cisco IP 79xx, Avaya IP, Nortel digital or Panasonic — will not work correctly; use the universal Jabra GN1200 for those.
