The Jabra Engage 50 II UC Stereo, order code 5099-610-299, is a wired USB-C headset designed around one job: making an agent intelligible in a room full of other agents. Three digital MEMS microphones feed Jabra’s noise reduction and, where a site runs Jabra Engage+, the same array feeds live call analytics that flag background noise, boom position, silence and interruptions while the call is happening. On the head it is light at 65 g, it detects when you put it on, and a busylight in the headset turns red automatically so the desk next to you knows not to interrupt. Read the compatibility note below before ordering — this particular code has no buttons.
Compatibility — check before buying:
This order code ships without the Engage 50 II Link control unit, and the headset itself has no call controls at all — no answer, no end, no mute and no volume on the headset or the cable. Jabra states it plainly in the manual: calls and music are controlled from the computer, or by adding a Jabra Engage 50 II Link. If your agents expect a physical mute button, order 5099-299-2259 instead, which is the same headset with the Link included. Two more points: the cable is USB-C, so a USB-A machine needs the 5099-610-279 code; and the whole 610 series is UC only — there is no Microsoft Teams certified headset-only code, so a Teams site that needs certification has to take a Link variant.

A three-capsule digital MEMS array, 100 Hz to 14,000 Hz, with noise reduction applied on the call.
