The Jabra Engage 65 SE Stereo (9659-553-111-1) is a professional DECT wireless headset with a base that connects one USB device (a softphone or a USB desk phone) and one analog desk phone at the same time. It is built for front desks, offices and contact centres where calls arrive on more than one line and people need to leave the desk while talking. The headset is stereo, two ear cushions on a headband, reaches up to 150 m and runs up to 13 h on a charge. This is the Low Power build: Jabra lists it as a separate part number but does not describe what changes, so ask us if a site requirement points you to it. The base, power supply, desk-phone cable and a USB-C to USB-A cable are in the box.
Compatibility — check before buying:
The Engage 65 SE connects one USB device and one analog desk phone — there is no Bluetooth or mobile connection and no touchscreen; for that, choose the Engage 75 SE. To answer the desk phone remotely, away from the desk, you need a handset lifter (GN1000) or a Jabra EHS adapter for your phone brand — neither is included. Without them the headset still works, but you lift the handset by hand. Spare headset for this model: 14401-46 (headset only, no base). Tell us your desk-phone model and we will confirm the right lifter or EHS cable.
