The Jabra Evolve2 50 is a wired dual-ear (stereo) professional headset built for open-plan offices and shared desks, and part number 25089-989-799 is the UC variant that connects over USB-C/A. It pairs 28 mm speakers and active noise cancellation on your ears with a four-microphone array on the boom arm, so the room stays out of your head and out of your calls. At 148.9 g it is light enough for a full shift, and the 360-degree busylight tells the people around you when to wait. Bluetooth 5.2 is built in as well, but it is there for a phone or tablet — the computer audio always runs down the USB cable.
Compatibility — check before buying:
This headset connects to a computer by cable only, with a USB-C cable plus a USB-C to USB-A adapter in the box. That covers both port types straight out of the box, which is why Jabra is consolidating the range onto these codes. This is the UC variant, so it is not the Microsoft Teams certified build. A Teams-standardised office should order the matching MS code instead. The built-in Bluetooth pairs a phone or tablet only. There is no Bluetooth dongle in this box, and no Evolve2 50 variant ships one, so this is not a wireless PC headset. A busylight the whole room can see
The 360-degree busylight lights red on a call and can be toggled by hand, so colleagues stop at your desk instead of walking into your meeting. It also signals incoming calls and Teams notifications on the variants that support them.

The Evolve2 50 line looks like one product but it is sixteen order codes, and the differences are all in the last two triplets. The middle group sets stereo and MS or UC; the suffix sets the connector. Jabra has said in its own specification sheet that the single-connector USB-A and USB-C codes are being replaced by the USB-C/A codes, so if you have no reason to insist on a specific plug, the USB-C/A version is the one that will still be orderable in a year. The other trap is the prefix: 25089 has Bluetooth inside the headset for your phone, 25069 has no radio at all.
