The Jabra Evolve2 65 is a wireless on-ear office headset built for people who take calls all day in a room with other people in it. This article, 26599-999-989, is the MS stereo version supplied with the Jabra Link 380a Bluetooth adapter for a USB-A port. It holds the connection to your computer through that adapter and to your phone over Bluetooth at the same time, and it gives you 40 mm speakers, a three-microphone call system and an integrated busylight that tells the desk next to you that you are on a call. This is the article that ships with the charging stand, so the headset has a home on the desk and tops up while it sits there.
Compatibility — check before buying:
The adapter in this box is the Jabra Link 380a, which plugs into a USB-A port. If your laptop only has USB-C ports you will need your own adapter or hub. There is no 3.5 mm jack on this headset and no wired-USB audio mode: the supplied 1.2 m USB-C to USB-A cable charges the headset, it does not carry sound, so a device without Bluetooth cannot use it at all. This is the Microsoft version, so the dedicated button opens Microsoft Teams. It works fully as a headset on Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco and Webex, but there the Teams button has nothing to open. One more thing worth knowing before you buy: the Evolve2 65 has no active noise cancellation. What it has is a closed on-ear cushion and a microphone array, which is a different thing.

Jabra publishes 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz in music mode and 100 Hz to 8,000 Hz for speech, with 117 dB sensitivity at 1 mW and 1 kHz. Calls stay intelligible and a playlist between them does not sound thin.
Three-microphone call array
Three digital MEMS microphones work together to keep your voice ahead of the room. Flip the boom arm up to mute and down to unmute; bringing it down also answers an incoming call, which you can switch off in Jabra Sound+ or Jabra Direct.
Busylight visible from both sides
The integrated busylight turns red on its own when you are on a call, so it reads from in front of you and from behind. Press both volume buttons together to turn it on or off by hand.
Up to 35 hours, and a fast top-up
Jabra publishes up to 35 hours of talk time with the busylight off, up to 24 hours with it on, and up to 37 hours of music. A full charge takes about 90 minutes; half an hour gets you to roughly 40 per cent and an hour to about 80 per cent.

Buy it if
You want a wireless office headset that covers both ears, runs a full working day on one charge and shows the room a red light while you are on a call. The Jabra Link 380a plugs into USB-A and is already paired, so setup is one port and one press. The charging stand is in this box.
Skip it if
You need active noise cancellation, a 3.5 mm jack, or a wired USB connection that works without Bluetooth — the Evolve2 65 has none of the three. It also will not work with a desk phone that has no Bluetooth.
