The Jabra Evolve3 45 UC Mono is a wireless on-ear office headset with a Link 390c USB-C Bluetooth adapter, built for people who spend the day on Zoom and other UC platforms calls in open or shared offices.

It combines active noise cancellation on calls, a 180° busylight and up to 21 hours of talk time in a one-ear design that weighs 63.5 g.

Before you order: The Evolve3 45 comes in several versions — MS or UC, USB-A or USB-C dongle, mono or stereo, with or without charging stand. This one is Mono / UC / USB-C / no stand. Check your platform and your computer's ports before ordering.

What It Means in Practice

  • The Link 390c USB-C dongle plugs into your computer's USB-C port and gives a stable, pre-configured Bluetooth link for calls — no reliance on the laptop's own Bluetooth.
  • Multipoint: stay connected to your computer and your mobile at the same time; the headset remembers up to 8 paired devices.
  • A working day and then some: up to 21 hours of talk time with ANC and busylight off, up to 16 hours with both on. Ten minutes on the charger gives about 2 hours of talk time.
  • Active noise cancellation on calls cuts open-office noise; HearThrough lets you hear a colleague without taking the headset off.
  • The 180° busylight turns red during calls, so people around you know not to interrupt.
  • Mono (one ear cup) keeps one ear free — the usual choice for reception desks, shared offices and anyone who must hear the room.
  • No stand in this version — you charge over the USB-C cable. If you want a desk dock, choose the Charging Stand version instead.

What Will Not Work

  • This is the UC version for Zoom and other UC platforms. If your company standardises on Microsoft Teams and wants the Teams-certified experience, order the MS version instead.
  • The dongle is USB-C only — if your computer has only USB-A ports, choose the USB-A version rather than adding an adapter.
  • The supplied cable is USB-C at both ends; charging from a USB-A-only port needs a USB-A to USB-C cable (not included).
  • No wireless (Qi) charging: the Jabra Evolve Wireless Charging Pad is not listed by Jabra for the Evolve3 45.
  • The Evolve3 85 battery pack (14151-11) does not fit — the Evolve3 45 uses its own battery pack, 14151-14.
  • It does not connect to a desk phone on its own — it pairs over Bluetooth with computers, phones and tablets.
