Jabra Evolve3 45 UC Stereo — Link 390 USB-A

A light, all-day on-ear headset for hybrid workers who move between desk calls, laptops and phones.
UC · Zoom & Google Meet certifiedActive Noise CancellationUp to 21 h talk timeLink 390 USB-A

The Jabra Evolve3 45 UC Stereo (part number 34599-989-999) is a wireless on-ear business headset with Active Noise Cancellation, four ClearVoice microphones and up to 21 hours of talk time. This kit ships with the Jabra Link 390 USB-A Bluetooth adapter, and it is the UC version for teams that call on Zoom, Google Meet and other softphone platforms.

Compatibility Note: The Link 390 adapter in this kit has a USB-A plug; on a USB-C-only laptop you need a USB-C to USB-A adapter or the USB-C kit. This UC version is not the Microsoft Teams certified model.

Key Features

Clear calls in open offices
Four MEMS microphones with Jabra ClearVoice pick up your voice, while ANC on calls and music reduces background noise. HearThrough lets you hear colleagues without taking the headset off.

All-day battery
Up to 21 hours of talk time (16 h with ANC and busylight on) and up to 36 hours of music. A 10-minute fast charge adds about 2 hours of talk; a full charge takes up to 100 minutes over USB-C.

Laptop and phone at once
Bluetooth 5.3 with LE Audio and Auracast, multipoint to 2 devices, up to 8 paired devices and up to 30 m range. The Link 390 dongle gives a stable, pre-paired PC connection.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the Evolve3 45 UC and MS versions?
The MS version is certified for Microsoft Teams and is set up for Teams-first offices. The UC version is certified for Zoom and Google Meet and is the better fit when your company uses other softphone or conferencing platforms. The hardware, battery and audio specifications are the same.
Can I connect the Evolve3 45 to my laptop and phone at the same time?
Yes. It supports Bluetooth multipoint for two devices at once, for example the PC through the Link 390 dongle and your mobile phone directly, and it remembers up to 8 paired devices.
Can I replace the battery when it wears out?
Yes. Jabra lists the Evolve3 45 battery as user-replaceable, which extends the useful life of the headset beyond the first battery.
Singular Expert Insight
The Evolve3 45 is Jabra's lightweight on-ear choice for hybrid workers: 102 g, ANC and a very long battery for its size. Pick the version that matches your platform and USB ports; this kit has no stand, which suits mobile users who charge over USB-C. For heavier open-office calling, the over-ear Evolve3 75 or 85 offer more isolation.
✓ Buy it if you want a light stereo ANC headset for Zoom, Google Meet or other UC platforms with a USB-A dongle.
✕ Skip it if you need Microsoft Teams certification or a USB-C dongle.
→ Also consider Jabra Evolve3 45 34599-989-989 (same UC USB-A kit with charging stand).
