The Jabra Evolve3 45 MS Stereo is a wireless on-ear office headset with a Link 390a USB-A Bluetooth adapter, built for people who spend the day on Microsoft Teams calls in open or shared offices.
It combines active noise cancellation on calls, a 180° busylight and up to 21 hours of talk time in a two-ear design that weighs 102 g. This version adds Jabra's charging stand for a tidy desk and a headset that is always charged.
Before you order: The Evolve3 45 comes in several versions — MS or UC, USB-A or USB-C dongle, mono or stereo, with or without charging stand. This one is Stereo / MS / USB-A / with stand. Check your platform and your computer's ports before ordering.

What It Means in Practice
- The Link 390a USB-A dongle plugs into your computer's USB-A port and gives a stable, pre-configured Bluetooth link for calls — no reliance on the laptop's own Bluetooth.
- Multipoint: stay connected to your computer and your mobile at the same time; the headset remembers up to 8 paired devices.
- A working day and then some: up to 21 hours of talk time with ANC and busylight off, up to 16 hours with both on. Ten minutes on the charger gives about 2 hours of talk time.
- Active noise cancellation on calls cuts open-office noise; HearThrough lets you hear a colleague without taking the headset off.
- The 180° busylight turns red during calls, so people around you know not to interrupt.
- Stereo (two ear cups) is the better choice for focus work and music between calls.
- The charging stand gives the headset a fixed home on the desk: drop it in at the end of the day and it is charged by morning.
What Will Not Work
- This is the MS version, set up for Microsoft Teams (Teams button, Teams certification). If your company runs Zoom or another UC platform, order the UC version instead.
- The dongle is USB-A only — if your computer has only USB-C ports, choose the USB-C version rather than adding an adapter.
- The supplied cable is USB-C at both ends; charging from a USB-A-only port needs a USB-A to USB-C cable (not included).
- No wireless (Qi) charging: the Jabra Evolve Wireless Charging Pad is not listed by Jabra for the Evolve3 45.
- The Evolve3 85 battery pack (14151-11) does not fit — the Evolve3 45 uses its own battery pack, 14151-14.
- It does not connect to a desk phone on its own — it pairs over Bluetooth with computers, phones and tablets.
