Jabra Evolve3 65 Flex — UC, Link 390c USB-C, with Wireless Charging Pad

Foldable, no boom armAdaptive ANC, 6-mic ClearVoice AIUC (Zoom and Google Meet certified)Link 390c USB-C + charging pad

The Jabra Evolve3 65 Flex is the hybrid-work headset in Jabra’s Evolve3 range: a 143 g on-ear headset that folds flat into its carry case and has no microphone boom at all — six digital MEMS microphones and Jabra ClearVoice AI pick up your voice, which Jabra rates at over 99% accuracy in an open office and over 95% outdoors. Adaptive ANC adjusts to the noise around you, Bluetooth 5.3 with multipoint keeps a laptop and a phone connected, and the pre-paired Link 390c USB-C adapter in the box gives a rock-solid link to the PC. This variant is UC (Zoom and Google Meet certified) and includes Jabra’s wireless charging pad, part number 36699-989-889, EAN 5706991037128, in black. Battery is up to 16.5 hours of talk or 80 hours of music with ANC off. Tell us which meeting platform and which USB port your laptops have and we will confirm this is the right variant.

Compatibility — check before buying:
Pick the variant carefully: Jabra sells the Flex in eight versions that look identical — MS (Teams button and Teams certification) or UC (Zoom and Google Meet certification), Link 390a USB-A or Link 390c USB-C adapter, and with or without the wireless charging pad. This one is UC, USB-C, with the pad. Both certifications work with all major platforms; the MS version simply adds the dedicated Teams button. The adapter only fits the port type stated, so match it to your laptops. The Flex has no boom arm, so in a very loud open office the Evolve3 65 with its flip-to-mute boom may isolate your voice better. Talk time is 16.5 hours against the Evolve3 65’s 31 hours — long enough for a day, not two.

Best For

✓ Hybrid workers who move between home, office and travel
✓ Open-plan and shared desks where a boom looks intrusive
✓ Users who want ANC for commuting and calls in one headset
✓ Teams-heavy organisations (MS) or Zoom and Meet shops (UC)
✓ Laptops with USB-C ports
✓ Desks where the headset drops onto a pad instead of a cable

Key Features

Folds flat, no boom
The headband folds into the included carry case and there is no microphone arm to bend or catch. Six MEMS mics and ClearVoice AI do the work of a boom, with wind-noise reduction outdoors.

Adaptive ANC and long music life
A four-mic ANC system adapts to your surroundings and how the headset sits. Jabra publishes 16.5 h talk and 80 h music with ANC off (14.5 h and 35 h with it on), a 180-minute full charge and 4 hours of music from a 10-minute charge.

Link 390c USB-C and wireless pad
The pre-paired Link 390c USB-C Bluetooth adapter gives a dedicated PC link with Teams or UC certification, while Bluetooth 5.3 multipoint keeps a phone connected at the same time. The included Qi wireless charging pad tops it up between calls.

Frequently Asked Questions

MS or UC — which do I need?
Both work with Teams, Zoom and Google Meet. The MS variant is Microsoft Teams certified and has a Teams button; the UC variant is Zoom and Google Meet certified. Choose by the platform your organisation lives in.
Does the Flex pick up my voice without a boom?
Yes — six microphones and ClearVoice AI, rated by Jabra at over 99% accuracy in an open office. In a very loud space the Evolve3 65 with a boom is the safer choice.
What is the difference between the Evolve3 65 Flex and the Evolve3 65?
Flex: foldable, no boom, 143 g, 16.5 h talk, 80 h music, wireless charging pad option. Evolve3 65: flip-to-mute boom, 131 g, 31 h talk, 59 h music, charging stand option, lower price.
Will the adapter fit my laptop?
Only if the port matches: this variant ships the Link 390c USB-C adapter. Tell us your laptop model and we will confirm.
Singular Expert Insight

The Flex is the Evolve3 for people who carry their headset: the fold and the missing boom are what you pay for. Desk-bound users in a loud office get more talk time and better isolation from the Evolve3 65 for less. Pick this UC / USB-C / pad variant only if it matches your platform and ports — see all variants among our office and VoIP headsets and ask us to confirm before you order.

Buyer’s Guide

Buy it if

You work between home, office and travel, want ANC and a boom-free look, your platform is Zoom or Google Meet and your laptops have USB-C ports, and you want the charging pad included.

Skip it if

You sit in a loud open office all day (Evolve3 65 with boom), need two days of talk time, or your laptops use the other USB port type.

Also consider

The Evolve3 65 with boom arm and 31 h talk, the same Flex in the other certification or adapter, or the Flex without the pad if you already have one.
