The Jabra BIZ 2400 II QD Duo NC Wideband is a corded professional headset with a noise-cancelling boom microphone and wideband (HD Voice) speakers, built for contact centres and busy offices that take calls all day.

It ends in a Jabra QD (Quick Disconnect) plug rather than a phone or USB plug. That is deliberate: the matching lower cable stays on the desk phone or PC, and the agent simply clicks the headset off when leaving the desk. Both ears are covered, which helps concentration in loud open-plan rooms.
