The Jabra Link 180 (180-09) is a manual switch that lets one corded Jabra QD headset work with both a desk phone and a PC softphone — for users who take calls on a fixed phone and on Teams, Zoom or another softphone with the same headset.
The headset connects by QD and the Link 180 connects to the PC by USB; a button switches the audio between the phone and the computer. A compatibility switch sets the phone type: A for most desk phones, B for Cisco and some Avaya, C for Ascom and Astra Office.
Before you order: For Avaya 96xx/16xx Jabra specifies an extra straight QD bottom cord (8800-00-25) and a GN1216 cord. It is not for mobile phones or tablets.
