The Jabra Link 14201-30 is an electronic hook switch (EHS) adapter that lets a Jabra wireless DECT headset answer and end calls remotely on Cisco USB desk phones — for users who walk away from the desk and still want to pick up calls from the headset button.
The single USB plug goes into the phone USB port; the split end connects to the Jabra base with an RJ10 (phone socket) and an RJ45 (AUX socket). Jabra lists Engage 75 and 65, PRO 9400 series and PRO 920 headsets, and Cisco 8961, 9951 and 9971 phones (firmware 2.2.0 or later).
Before you order: Cisco 7800 and 8800 series are not in Jabra published list for this adapter. Cisco requires CUCM 7.1(3a) SU1 or later with phone firmware 9.0(3)+, or CME 4.1+. Send us your phone model to confirm.
