Jabra Scheduler UC — 10.1-inch Meeting Room Scheduling Panel (8020-239)
Touchscreen room scheduling panel with dual color-coded lightbars and Microsoft Teams + Zoom Rooms certification — book rooms, claim free spaces and end hallway diplomacy.
10.1in 1920x1200 touchTeams + Zoom certifiedDual lightbarsPoE + Wi-Fi 5
The Jabra Scheduler UC 8020-239 is a dedicated touch-panel that lives outside every meeting room. A 10.1-inch 1920×1200 display shows what's booked and when, while color-coded lightbars visible from over 60 feet away signal availability at a glance — so staff stop opening doors to see if a room is free. Certified as both a Microsoft Teams Panel and a Zoom Rooms scheduling display, it deploys cleanly into your existing UC environment, runs on Android 13, and powers from a single PoE-capable Ethernet cable.
Deployment Note: 8020-239 is the UC variant. A dedicated Microsoft Teams Panel SKU (8021-239) and a Zoom-specific SKU (8022-239) also exist. The UC version supports both Teams and Zoom Rooms certification flows on the same hardware. A separate PoE injector or PoE-capable switch port is required to power the device.

Status lightbars visible from over 60 feet away mean staff can see room availability from across an open-plan office without checking the panel.

Three mount kits in the box for wall, mullion or glass installation, with integrated cable management for a tidy finish.

Singular Expert Insight
Choose the Scheduler UC if your organisation runs (or might run) both Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms and you want one SKU that covers both certification paths. If you're exclusively on Teams, the dedicated 8021-239 Teams Panel variant is equally suitable. If you have a small office of a few rooms only and don't need PoE/network integration, a cheaper standalone room-display app on a tablet is more cost-effective — but you lose the lightbars, the certification and the fleet management.
Buyer's Guide
Buy it if
You're deploying meeting-room booking across multiple Teams or Zoom rooms and want a single certified panel that fits into Jabra+ fleet management.
Skip it if
You don't have a PoE-capable switch, you only need to schedule one or two rooms, or you don't use a UC platform certified with this device.
Also consider
Jabra Scheduler MS Teams variant (8021-239), Logitech Tap Scheduler, or the Jabra PoE Injector Kit (14402-21) if your switch is not PoE-capable.
