The Jabra Link 14201-10 is a DHSG electronic hook switch (EHS) cable that lets a Jabra wireless office headset answer and end calls on desk phones with a DHSG headset interface — including Siemens/Unify OpenStage and optiPoint, Snom, Auerswald, Agfeo and Innovaphone phones.
DHSG is a common German-originated standard for headset call control, so one cable covers many phone brands. On the base side the cable plugs into the AUX socket (red band, RJ45) and the phone socket (blue band); on the phone side it goes into the DHSG headset socket. Jabra recommends confirming your phone in its compatibility guide.
Before you order: The phone must support DHSG and the Jabra base must be a wireless headset base set to EHS mode DHSG (switch A). On Siemens/Unify OpenStage the headset type is set to "Cordless" in the phone menu.

- Corded or USB headsets — DHSG cables are for Jabra wireless headset bases.
- Jabra GN9330e bases older than version "L" (date code 9/09).
- MP3 ringtones on the phone — the ring is not passed to the headset; use a standard ringtone.
