Kingston FURY Beast RGB 32GB (1×32GB) (KF556C36BWEA-32) is a DDR5-5600 CL36-38-38 single desktop memory module for DDR5 gaming and creator PCs.
It carries both Intel XMP 3.0 and AMD EXPO profiles, so the rated 5600 MT/s at 1.25V is one BIOS setting away on current Intel and AMD AM5 boards; without a profile it boots at the JEDEC default of 4800 MT/s CL40-39-39 at 1.1V.
Before you order: This is one 32GB module, not a kit. For dual-channel bandwidth you need two modules — and the safest way to get two that run together at full speed is a matched 2-module kit.

What It Means in Practice
- Single-channel until you add a second module: comfortable for current games, heavy browser multitasking and photo editing; 64GB or more suits large video timelines, VMs and CAD.
- Out of the box it runs at 4800 MT/s CL40-39-39 at 1.1V. Enable XMP (Intel) or EXPO (AMD) in the BIOS (also labelled DOCP or A-XMP on some boards) to reach 5600 MT/s.
- Module height 42.23 mm — check clearance if a large dual-tower air cooler overhangs the RAM slots.
- Filling all four slots on a DDR5 board usually forces lower speeds — for more capacity later, a larger 2-module kit is the safer upgrade.
What Will Not Work
- DDR4 or DDR3 motherboards — DDR5 modules are keyed differently and physically do not fit.
- Laptops and mini PCs that use SO-DIMM slots.
- Servers and workstations that need registered (RDIMM) or ECC memory — this is unbuffered, non-ECC memory (DDR5 on-die ECC is internal to the chips and is not system ECC).
- Guaranteed 5600 MT/s on every system — the result depends on the motherboard and CPU memory controller; check your board's QVL.
- Pairing with a different model or brand at full speed — mixed modules often fall back to lower speeds.
