This black Kingston FURY Beast RGB is a matched kit of two 8GB modules, providing 16GB for a compatible DDR5 desktop. Its tested 5600MT/s CL36 setting uses 1.25V and supports both EXPO and XMP BIOS profiles. The 42.23mm RGB heat spreader adds configurable lighting, so check CPU-cooler clearance as well as memory support.

Compatibility — check before buying:
Requires a compatible desktop DDR5 UDIMM slot and CPU/motherboard support for the exact memory configuration. DDR4 and notebook SO-DIMM slots are incompatible. Performance profiles require BIOS support and activation.

Which lower-speed profiles are stored?
Alongside the 5600MT/s setting, the module stores 5200MT/s CL40-40-40 at 1.25V. These are alternative BIOS settings; supported operation depends on the complete system.
Why might the BIOS initially show 4800MT/s?
The JEDEC default SPD is DDR5-4800 CL40-39-39 at 1.1V. The higher tested setting requires supported hardware and profile activation in BIOS.
Can I split the kit between two computers?
Keep both modules together: Kingston’s kit warranty and return terms exclude kits sold or used separately. For two independent upgrades, choose separately supplied modules.
