KMP Compatible Ink 4-Pack Multipack for HP 953XL, Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, with Chip, for HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 to 8740

The KMP XL Multipack is a compatible 4-colour ink multipack that replaces the original HP 953XL in HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 to 8740 printers, rated at Black 2,300 pages, Cyan 2,000 pages, Magenta 2,000 pages, Yellow 2,000 pages. It suits offices and home users who print regularly on these models and want a lower cost per page without changing printer.

KMP PrintTechnik AG is a German maker of compatible printer supplies. Each KMP cartridge is matched to a specific list of printers, shown in full in the specifications below.

• 1 x black ink cartridge (55 ml)
• 1 x cyan ink cartridge (30 ml)
• 1 x magenta ink cartridge (30 ml)
• 1 x yellow ink cartridge (30 ml)
• Retail packaging — no printhead, no cable, no refill kit; the printer must already be set up

• Rated yield: Black 2,300 pages, Cyan 2,000 pages, Magenta 2,000 pages, Yellow 2,000 pages, measured to DIN 33871-1 on A4 at standard coverage. Photos, full-page graphics, borderless prints and frequent cleaning cycles use more ink, so expect fewer pages in real use.
• Fill volume: Black 55 ml, Cyan 30 ml, Magenta 30 ml, Yellow 30 ml. Volume is the most direct way to compare packs from different makers, because page yield depends on what you print.
• Each cartridge carries a chip, so the printer recognises it and shows an estimated ink level. Expect a one-time message that a non-original cartridge was detected; confirm it and printing continues normally.
• One box covers a full colour set, so you can replace everything in one order or keep spares on the shelf for the colours you use most.
• Installation is the same as the original: remove the protective tape or clip, press the cartridge into the matching colour slot until it clicks, close the cover and let the printer finish its start-up routine before printing.
• Keep spare cartridges sealed in their packaging, upright and away from heat until you need them; open a cartridge only when you are ready to install it.

• Printers that are not on the compatibility list below. Cartridge shape, connector and chip differ between printer series even from the same maker.
• HP printers with firmware that blocks non-HP chips (HP Dynamic Security). If your printer rejects the cartridge after a firmware update, send us the printer model before reordering.
• Claims against the printer maker for printer faults caused by third-party consumables. This cartridge carries its own warranty (see the Warranty rows below).
