The Lanberg AK-1103-B is a 19-inch 1U brush panel in black metal, designed to fit Lanberg 19-inch cabinets, for passing patch cords and cables through the front of a rack while the brush keeps the rest of the opening closed.
Racks need cables to move between the front and the back, and between devices that are not next to each other. An open unit lets them through but also lets dust and warm air through, and it looks unfinished. A brush panel solves both: the bristles part around the cables and close again where there are none, so the front of the rack stays covered.

- Wall-cabinet roof or floor cable entries: those use a different part, the Lanberg AK-1102-B.
