Lanberg AK-1302-S — M6 Rack Mounting Screw Set, 50 Pieces
M6 thread50 sets19" cabinetsPlastic washers
The Lanberg AK-1302-S is a set of 50 M6 mounting screws, 50 cage nuts and 50 plastic washers for installing equipment in 19-inch rack cabinets. The screws and cage nuts are galvanised steel in silver, and the black plastic washers protect the paint on device ears and rails.
It is the standard hardware for fitting switches, patch panels, shelves and blind plates to square-hole rails, packed in quantities that cover a full cabinet.
Before you order: The cage nuts fit square-hole rails. Round-hole threaded rails need screws matched to the rail instead.
What's in the Box
- 50 × M6 screws, galvanised steel (approx. 20 mm long, approx. 12 mm head)
- 50 × M6 cage nuts
- 50 × black plastic washers
What It Means in Practice
- Most 19" devices use 4 sets, so one pack covers about 12 devices.
- The plastic washers stop the screw head from chipping the powder coat on rails and device ears.
- Lanberg specifies a 16 mm thread length on an approx. 20 mm screw, which is enough for standard device ears and rack rails.
What Will Not Work
- Round-hole rails, threaded or unthreaded.
- M5 or US 10-32 / 12-24 rails.
- Very thick flanges such as heavy shelf brackets. The thread length is 16 mm.

Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
Keeping a 50-piece M6 set on hand prevents stalled installs. Plastic washers are a small but welcome detail on painted cabinets. For the shelves and panels to mount with it, see our rack accessories range.
✓ Buy it if you are fitting out a 19" cabinet with square-hole M6 rails.
✕ Skip it if your rails are round-hole threaded or use M5 or US threads.
→ Also consider the DIGITUS DN-19 SET for a black-finish alternative.
Send us your cabinet model and we will confirm it takes M6 cage nuts.
