The LANCOM 61779 is the R&S®LANCOM PoE++ Injector: a single-port injector that adds up to 65 W of IEEE 802.3af/at/bt power to a network link, so one cable carries data and power to an access point or other PoE device up to 100 m away. It passes multi-gigabit data at link speeds up to 5 Gbps through shielded RJ45 ports, delivers 56 V DC, and runs from 100–240 V AC with 88–89% efficiency. Overvoltage, overload, over-temperature and short-circuit protection are built in, and an IEC power cord comes in the box. In practice it powers a Wi-Fi 6E or Wi-Fi 7 access point from a switch without PoE++.

Compatibility — check before buying:
65 W and 5 Gbps only reach the device if both ends support them — the injector does not speed up a 1 Gbps switch port. Use Cat5e or better, maximum 100 m, and no cross-over cable. Wall brackets are optional and not in the box, and LANCOM does not state the plug type of the included IEC cord. It replaces the older LANCOM GE PoE+ Injector (30 W, 1 Gbps). Not sure?
