Compatibility — check before buying:
This is a non-PoE model - for Power over Ethernet choose the GS-3628XP (PoE+) or GS-3628XUP (PoE++) variants. The four 10G SFP+ uplinks need transceivers or DAC cables (sold separately) and the 2.5G ports need Cat5e/Cat6 cabling. Layer 3 is basic (static routing and DHCP server) rather than full dynamic routing. Cloud management via the LANCOM Management Cloud is optional; local management is also available.
