The LANCOM LX-7000 T-Bar Mount (61915) is a pack of five mounts that fix LANCOM LX-7000 series access points directly to the metal support rails of a suspended ceiling. It is for installers rolling out LANCOM LX-7500 or LX-7300 Wi-Fi 7 access points in offices, schools, hotels and retail spaces with grid ceilings.
Each mount clamps around a ceiling rail, and the access point base plate (supplied with the AP) slides onto it through keyhole cut-outs. The AP hangs neatly under the rail, the ceiling tiles stay intact, and less work is done overhead. Five mounts in one pack means one order covers a typical floor.
Before you order: LANCOM lists this mount for the LX-7500 and LX-7300 access points. Other LANCOM AP families use different mounts; send us your AP model if it is not one of these two.

What It Means in Practice
- You fit the AP to the existing ceiling grid instead of cutting holes in tiles or adding brackets above the ceiling.
- The AP can be moved to another rail position later without replacing a damaged tile.
- A slotted or cross-head screwdriver is all you need; at least one connecting screw must be tightened before the AP is attached.
- With five in the pack, plan one mount per access point and order packs to match the AP count.
What Will Not Work
- It does not fit solid plaster or concrete ceilings; for those use the AP base plate directly on the ceiling.
- LANCOM lists only the LX-7500 and LX-7300; other models, including other LX series, are not confirmed.
- It does not include access points, PoE switches or network cabling.
- LANCOM does not publish supported rail widths, so check unusual grid systems with us first.
