The LANCOM 61644 is the R&S®LANCOM Rack Mount Plus: a 19″ 1U bracket for one LANCOM device in the classic desktop (CPE) housing that also brings the device’s connections to the front of the rack. Five Ethernet ports, one serial port, two 3G/4G antenna connectors, one ISDN port and one USB-A port are led through to the front panel with the cables included in the box. It is sturdy black powder-coated metal, 48.3 × 4.4 × 16.0 cm. LANCOM lists it for its routers, WLAN controllers and access points in the classic housing, including the 1800EF family, the 1700 series, 1650E, 730-4G+ and WLC-60.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Classic CPE housing only. Devices in the blackline housing need the CPE blackline Rack Mount Plus instead. If you do not need the front connectors, the plain Rack Mount (61501) is the simpler option. LANCOM recommends active cooling or open mounting if the device’s permitted ambient temperature would be exceeded. The router is not included. Not sure? Tell us your model and we check it for you.
