The Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q Gen 6 is a one-litre desktop that disappears: 179 x 182.9 x 36.5 mm, 1.18 kg, and VESA mountable on the back of a monitor or under a desk. Inside is a 10-core Intel Core Ultra 5 225T on the Q870 chipset, 16GB of DDR5-5600 with a second slot free, and a 512GB PCIe NVMe drive with Opal 2.0 hardware encryption. A USB keyboard and mouse come in the box, and the chassis opens with a toolless screw for memory or a second SSD. It suits offices, reception areas, kiosks and classrooms where desk space is worth more than expandability.
Compatibility — check before buying:
No monitor is included — this is the computer only, plus a keyboard and mouse. The keyboard is an English (UK) layout, as this is a UK-region part number; check that suits your users. Power comes from an external 90 W adapter, not an internal supply, so allow for the brick behind the desk. The neural engine is rated at 13 TOPS, which makes this an AI PC but not a Copilot+ PC — on-device Copilot+ features that need around 40 TOPS will not run locally. The system is Non-vPro even though the Wi-Fi module is a vPro part, so check this against your fleet management before ordering. There is no fingerprint reader, no card reader and no Thunderbolt port, and mobile broadband is not supported on this chassis.
