Graphics are integrated (Integrated AMD Radeon 740M Graphics); there is no separate graphics card. The ThinkCentre M75q Gen 5 is the AMD one-litre business PC: a Ryzen 5 PRO-class platform with Radeon graphics in the same Tiny chassis Lenovo uses across the ThinkCentre range. Wireless is built in: AMD Wi-Fi 6E RZ616, 802.11ax 2x2 + Bluetooth 5.3. It ships without an operating system, with a USB traditional keyboard (German layout) and a USB mouse.

Compatibility — check before buying:
This is the German-market configuration without an operating system: nothing is preinstalled, so you install Windows or Linux yourself, and the keyboard in the box has the German QWERTZ layout. The 16 GB is one module, so memory runs single-channel until a matching 16 GB SO-DIMM goes into a free slot — for heavier work, add it in the same order.
