The LevelOne POS-4000 is a high-power PoE splitter that separates power and data from one Ethernet cable into a 10/100 Mbps RJ45 data port and a fixed 12 V DC output of up to 2.5 A (30 W). It is designed to work with LevelOne’s own high-power PoE sources — POI-4000, FSW-0513 and POH-1260 — to run a non-PoE camera, access point or IP phone up to 100 m away.
Connect the PoE cable from the LevelOne injector to the splitter, the device’s network port to the data output and its 12 V power input to the DC jack.
Before you order: The POS-4000 supports only LevelOne’s non-standard high-power PoE source input. It will not work from a standard IEEE 802.3af/at switch or injector — make sure your source is a LevelOne POI-4000, FSW-0513 or POH-1260.

- It is not an injector and does not supply PoE to other devices.
