6-Port Fast Ethernet PoE Switch with Uplinks
4× 10/100 PoE2× Uplink60W Budget250m ExtendUnmanaged
The LevelOne FEP-0631 powers and connects a small surveillance or access network in one unmanaged switch. Four Fast Ethernet ports deliver PoE and PoE+ power (IEEE 802.3af/at) from a 60W budget to run IP cameras, VoIP phones and access points over a single cable, while two Fast Ethernet uplink ports connect the switch to your router or main network. A handy PoE extend mode pushes power and data up to 250 metres on the PoE ports — beyond the standard 100-metre limit — for hard-to-reach cameras.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Powers standard PoE and PoE+ devices (802.3af/at) on the four PoE ports and connects any 10/100 Ethernet device on the two uplink ports. In extend mode, PoE ports reach up to 250m at reduced speed. Non-PoE devices work normally on the uplinks.
Best For
✓Powering up to four PoE cameras or phones
✓Reaching cameras up to 250m with extend mode
✓Small surveillance or access-control installs
✓Silent, compact PoE with two uplinks
Key Features
4 Fast Ethernet PoE Ports
Four 10/100 ports deliver PoE and PoE+ power (802.3af/at) from a 60W budget, running cameras, phones and access points over the data cable.
250m PoE Extend Mode
An extend mode pushes PoE power and data up to 250 metres on the PoE ports — well beyond the standard 100m limit — for distant cameras, at reduced speed.
2 Uplink Ports
Two Fast Ethernet uplink ports connect the switch to your router or main network, keeping the PoE ports free for powered devices.
Unmanaged & Fanless
Fully plug-and-play with automatic PoE detection and store-and-forward switching, in a silent fanless case sized for a desk or shelf.

Singular Expert Insight
The FEP-0631 is a budget surveillance switch with one standout trick: 250m PoE extend mode, which reaches cameras far beyond the usual 100m cable limit — genuinely useful across a large site or car park. Fast Ethernet is plenty for cameras, and the two uplinks carry the feed back to your recorder. If your endpoints need Gigabit, step up to a Gigabit PoE model. Compare PoE options across our network switches, and find cameras, NVRs and cabling in the wider networking range.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You need to power up to four Fast Ethernet PoE cameras or phones — including some up to 250m away via extend mode — with two uplinks, no configuration, within 60W.
Skip it if
Your endpoints need Gigabit speed, you require more than four PoE ports or more than 60W, or you need managed features such as VLANs and QoS.
Also consider
Use extend mode only where you need reach beyond 100m (speed drops in that mode), and choose a Gigabit PoE switch if your cameras need more than 100Mbps.
