The LevelOne GEL-5271 is a 52-port L2+ managed Gigabit switch with 48 Gigabit copper ports and four SFP fibre uplinks — two of them capable of 2.5G. Aimed at the SMB and enterprise wiring closet, it offers a full managed feature set including 4K VLANs, ACLs, QoS, 802.1X and static routing with RIP, in a 1U rack chassis. This is model GEL-5271. Compatibility — check before buying:
This is a non-PoE switch — it does not power connected devices. Of the four SFP slots, two run Gigabit (1G) and two run 1G/2.5G, so plan uplink modules accordingly; SFP transceivers are sold separately. Some listings describe all four as "Gigabit SFP" — two of them in fact support 2.5G.
